Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return only if requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with all labels and accessories intact. Products that show signs of usage, damage, tampering, or missing components may not be eligible for return or refund. Due to the nature of edible products, certain items may not qualify for returns; such details will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team with the order details and reason for return. An unboxing video is mandatory to validate return or damage claims. Once the request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be shared. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defective product from our side.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an incorrect or defective product sent by us.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are applicable only for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products, edible items once opened, customized or special-request orders, products purchased during clearance or promotional sales, and gift cards or vouchers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method as per standard processing timelines.
