Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day. Customers will be informed in case of any unforeseen delay.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently provide standard domestic shipping across India. Estimated delivery timelines range between 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and external factors such as weather or logistics disruptions. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and quantity. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email or SMS. Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking information through the courier partner’s platform.

Delivery Issues
Ridhaa Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers are requested to notify us within 48 hours for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement. Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund. Address modification requests after order confirmation may not be accommodated.

International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available. If enabled in the future, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges will be borne by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers must report the issue within 7 days from the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter.
